Common questions
Can I pay in Congolese francs, Rwandan francs or Ugandan shillings?
Yes. Quotes are in US dollars, and you can pay the equivalent in local currency at any of our offices.
Do I need to come to an office to book?
No. Most clients book entirely on WhatsApp or email. Our offices are there if you prefer to talk in person or pay in cash.
How far ahead should I book gorilla permits?
Permits are limited and sell out in high season, so book as early as you can, ideally three months or more ahead.
Can you change my ticket if my plans change?
Yes. Send us your booking reference. We will check the fare rules and tell you the cost of the change before we make it.
