Shangwe means joy in Swahili. That’s what a trip should feel like, once someone else has sorted out the tickets, the transfers and the forms.
Rooted in the Great Lakes
We started with a simple idea: people travelling between Goma, Kigali and Kampala deserve one agency that works on both sides of every border. Today our three offices share one booking team, so a client in Goma can pick up a ticket that was arranged in Kigali, and a family in Kampala can ask for a car waiting at the Rubavu crossing.
We book business travel for companies and NGOs, family trips home, honeymoons, school groups and first-time visitors to the region’s parks. Whether it’s a one-hour flight or a three-week itinerary, the same care goes into it.
